My wife and I looked at a 2015 GMC Denali. We were told that there was a $10,000 mark up for the diesel engine on top of the sticker price. When we were on a test drive the gas pedal stuck to the floor and the salesman said "oh that happens sometimes". We asked the salesman if they their dealership had a Military discount and he said they did not (the next day I found the GM Military discount program online). When we were finalizing the paperwork with the dealership, ready to purchase, the finance guy added the most expensive extended warranty before we decided if we even wanted it. We finally walked out of the dealership after getting the runaround and them just putting down what they wanted. They did not negotiate at all and we reported their poor service. With out a doubt the worst experience to date at a dealership and we would rather drive 45 minutes to the next nearest GMC dealership than to go here.

Denied that there was a military discount program. He knew there was a known problem with the gas pedal sticking to the floor and let us test drive it anyways. He had no knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at.
